Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in designing and leading cloud transformation or migration projects and programs.
  • Experience in account management, client service and/or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the broader cloud marketplace and the differentiators in offerings.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. As the Delivery Executive (DE), you will b the central orchestration point in large scale, multi-program, strategic and transformational partnerships between customers, Google and partner(s) to assure customers gain the full value of the partnership and achieves their strategic goals and objectives.

In this role, you will provide stakeholder communication and program management expertise, consulting, delivery excellence on customer engagements. You will work closely with customers' key stakeholders, executives, technical leaders and the delivery team to drive successful and impactful transformations. In addition, you will work closely and drive alignment with Sales, Partner Teams, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Organization colleagues and Product Management to timely identify, address and mitigate blockers and deliver the highest customer satisfaction during delivery execution.

  • Provide holistic transformation roadmap and plan including success Key Performance Indicators and goals aligned with customer digital strategy and roadmap, spanning all transformational dimensions like, cultural transformation, center of excellence, enablement as well as technical implementations projects.
  • Manage stakeholder, escalation and communication management with key executive stakeholders at customer, Google and partners.
  • Own the management and mitigation of critical business and delivery-risks to ensure that the expected business value will be achieved.
  • Ensure alignment with key customer delivery partners (e.g., OEM) and Google Cloud delivery and training partners.
  • Identify and drive synergies between various initiatives to deliver additional customer value and while increasing speed and efficiency.
