Associate in this role get to:
Consistently Deliver: Responsible for answering/placing technical support calls and abide by the prescribed norms. Performing all end-user services on the phone system logging-in, activity codes, routing, consulting.
Be the Expert: Maintain high level of technical expertise, soft-skills and phone etiquette skills
Manage administrative responsibilities: Resolving issues related to computer hardware products & services.

Our most successful candidates will have:
Graduate/ Undergraduate (Need minimum 1 Year of experience into Technical Support if undergraduate)
High School Certification or equivalent is required
1 to 5 years of Customer Service experience (Preferably Technical Support)
Good knowledge on computer hardware related products is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, basic PC and keyboarding skills with the ability to type 30 wpm and to use multi-task applications as required
Worked in BPO Industry in inbound customer service environment
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Must be self motivated, detail oriented, organized and flexible with the ability to learn client driven material
Excellent verbal communication skills
Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA Commitments
Eye for detail and accuracy
Flexible with 24*7 work shift
