Job Description
As a Software Engineer I on the Data & Integration , you will provide integration platforms and services to corporate IT functions. 
You will be responsible for writing code, testing, and debugging new software. Additionally, you will understand user needs, provide input to design, develop integrations, and troubleshoot issues across Cerner's technology solutions. 
You may also participate in making enhancements to existing software from requirements and participate in code reviews.

Basic Qualifications
At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related

work experience including:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenPreferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience using Java, SQL, and APIsExpectations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
